Join us for a fun filled weekend on beautiful Bull Shoals Lake in Arkansas. Bull Shoals Dam was completed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in 1951 and it is the 5th largest concrete dam in the United States. This is a Midwest paradise offering divers clear blue waters, miles of shoreline, and lots of dive sites to explore. Dive sites feature rock walls, flooded forests of oak trees, long gravel points littered with fish, and sunken farm implements; just to name a few. Bull Shoals is a great place to complete Specialties such as Boat Diver, Deep Diver, Dry Suit, Enriched Air Nitrox, Night and Limited Visibility, and Wreck Diver. These specialties all count towards your highly-coveted Master Diver certification. Water temperatures range from 50 to 80 degrees (depending on depth) and visibility is excellent, typically ranging from 15 to 30 feet. Spearfisherman will appreciate a nine month long season for walleye, crappie and catfish and a year-round season on gar, carp and drum.
